How the repair works

    Send us the unit type, part number, fault code, a description of the fault and a photograph if possible.

  2. Send the unit

    You can bring the unit to our workshop in Ebes in person, or send it by courier.

  3. Testing and repair

    We diagnose the fault, then carry out the necessary repair or full refurbishment.

  4. Testing and return

    We check and test the repaired unit, then hand it over or return it by courier.
